Mr. Barrow has over 30 years of experience across the software, technology and services sectors. His background includes senior system engineering roles and enterprise sales positions including the management of a large global sales organization. In 2008, Mr. Barrow became President and CEO of pre-revenue startup EagleView Technologies. Under his leadership, EagleView became one of the fastest-growing technology concerns in the U.S., resulting in its 2015 acquisition by a large private equity firm. In late 2016, he founded Imagen Capital Partners, a venture firm focused on investments in SaaS/software, data analytics and technology-enabled concerns.
Mr. Barrow received his BS from Brigham Young University. He is fluent in Spanish having lived in Bogota, Colombia for 10 years and also served a 2 year Spanish-speaking mission in East Los Angeles working with Hispanic families and youth. Mr. Barrow has actively served in leadership roles in the boy scouts and with youth organizations for over a decade. He is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for fly fishing.
Mr. Polchin is a Managing Director at Imagen Capital Partners. Prior to co-founding Imagen, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of EagleView Technology Corporation, a leading geospatial and data analytics concern where he navigated the company through massive organic scale, several acquisitions and lastly the successful exit to a large PE firm. His background includes additional public and private company CFO positions within the information services, software, and financial technology sectors, which include managing the completion of over $3B in corporate financings and M&A transactions.
Mr. Polchin currently serves on the board of directors of UV360, Inc., ioCurrents, Inc. (board chair) and Yembo, Inc., while also remaining an active Springboard Business Advisor with San Diego-based CONNECT (a not-for-profit group promoting technology entrepreneurship). Mr. Polchin holds a BA in economics, cum laude, from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro.
