If you’re venturing into the outdoors anytime soon, you’re going to want to make sure you’re prepared. One of most powerful tools to do that is Basemap, the only app on the market that lets you safely plan your trip, navigate the outdoors, and share your adventures on a social media platform for others just like yourself.
Basemap offers a variety of features that you’re definitely going to want to try out. Their unique mapping system lets you view hundreds of mapping layers and extensive data targeted at specific outdoor activities. This includes hiking, fishing, hunting, and even off-roading.

CRM on Microsoft Azure Cloud: Nimble has migrated its CRM platform from AWS to Microsoft Azure. market-leading SaaS CRM from AWS to Microsoft Azure. The migration, completed in less than four weeks without a hitch, aligns with Nimble’s business model. Indeed, Microsoft is a global Nimble reseller, and Nimble is positioning itself as a simple CRM for Office 365 and small workgroups.

The world’s seas are increasingly awash with data. There are sensors attached to buoys, autonomous sail drones, ships and satellites, each churning out a constant stream of information about water temperature, wave height, currents and more.
A new strategic alliance launched by Gov. Jay Inslee’s office wants to harness all of that data —and collect even more of it — to slash the maritime industry’s carbon emissions and increase its efficiency by 2050.

The CRM company Nimble has announced a better way for business departments to stay in sync. What’s interesting is it works with popular systems like Office 365 and Dynamics 365. That way, everyone gets the same information across departments.
Small Business Trends asked Jon Ferrara, Nimble CEO, to explain. He wrote how sharing information with Microsoft Office 365, G Suite; MailChimp or Hubspot can be an issue.

Seattle-based home-closing startup JetClosing named Chloe Harford to the company’s board of directors. Harford left her position as vice president of product at digital marketplace OfferUp near the end of last year.
Prior to OfferUp, Harford was at real estate tech company Zillow, where she worked for more than a decade and served in several strategic roles. Harford also mentors startups through Techstars, and she’s served on the boards of REI and nonprofit outdoors group The Mountaineers.

Nimble, The Simple CRM for Office 365 and G Suite, today announced it has been named a CRM Market Leader for Customer Satisfaction for the seventh consecutive year, according to G2 Crowd (the world’s leading business software reviews platform). Ratings are based on verified user reviews and market presence.

The company’s platform, MarineInsight, collects reams of data from various pieces of ship machinery and analyzes it with on-board computers and in the cloud. The software then suggests actions based on any problems it finds or anticipates; it can help reduce fuel costs or prevent engine failures, for example. The startup has customers in commercial shipping, fishing and passenger industries.

The new-age consumer is upon us. Their mentality transcends all verticals, be it a product purchase, a service, etc. With technology in-hand, today’s consumer demands a lot — convenience, certainty, transparency, accuracy, expediency, and reliability — essentially, a repeatable customer journey experience each time. This is not a temporary ‘movement’, it is a definable market shift…it is the new way of the world.
